You will need…
- 45ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
- 20ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 15ml Palo Cortado Sherry
- 10ml Benedictine D.O.M.
- 1 dash (4 drops) orange blossom water
- 1 dash (4 drops) Saline Solution 1:1
How to make…
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds, pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Express (squeeze) the orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with the orange peel.
