We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Elsanta Fizz

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
20ml 0.67 oz Elsanta strawberry syrup
Soda water

Steps to make…

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice. Shake the gin, liqueur, lemon juice and syrup. Strain into the glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with the taste of an English Summer: a slice of fresh strawberry and sprig of mint.
