You will need…

ml oz
  • 50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 15ml 0.50 oz Dry vermouth
  • 10ml 0.33 oz Simple syrup (2:1 sugar syrup)
  • 15ml 0.50 oz Egg white or 1/3rd pipette of Miraculous Foaming Bitters
  • 15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
  • 5 Fresh Raspberries

Steps to make…

Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all the other ingredients and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain the cocktail back into the shaker and remove the ice then dry shake (without ice) again. Double strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a raspberry.
