Exotic Citrus Martini

You will need…

60ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
10ml dry white vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Orange peel

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Express (squeeze) the oils of an orange peel over the cocktail. Garnish with the orange peel.
