You will need…
- 60ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 20ml lime cordial
- 10ml lime juice
- 5ml 2:1 sugar syrup
Steps to make…
Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime coin (peel).
