- 50ml Hayman’s Vibrant Citrus Gin
- 20ml blood orange juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- foaming bitters / egg white
Steps to make…
Hard shake and double strain over ice. Garnish with an orange peel or dehydrated blood orange.
