How to get to us

We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Vibrant Citrus Sour

You will need…

50ml Hayman’s Vibrant Citrus Gin
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar syrup)
15ml egg white or 1/3^rd pipette of Miraculous Foaming Bitters

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain the cocktail back into the shaker and remove the ice, then dry shake (without ice) again. Double strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with lemon peel or a sprig of rosemary.
