Light Salty Dog

You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s London Light 
  • 7.5ml Briottet Creme de Bergamot
  • 4 dashes of 10:1 saline solution
  • 150ml pink grapefruit soda
  • dried grapefruit wheel
  • lemon wedge
  • salt

Steps to make…

Take a lemon wedge and run it around half the rim of a tall glass. Dip the rim into salt flakes. Then, add the Hayman’s London Light, Creme de Bergamot, saline solution to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with pink grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with a dried grapefruit wheel.
