London Spritz

You will need…

  • 60ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Prosecco
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • Soda
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Cucumber, Lemon, and Black Pepper

Steps to make…

Peel the cucumber and wrap around the inside of the spritz glass, then fill with ice and lemon slices.

Pour in the London Dry Gin, Prosecco, Sugar syrup, Lemon juice, and top up with soda. Stir and garnish with cracked black pepper.
