We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).
New dates are now available for our Distillery Tours and Cocktail Masterclasses up to June 2025.
The Distillery courtyard is open for takeaway drinks on Friday afternoons from Midday – 5pm, weather permitting. Please call in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can only change your booking up to 10 days prior to the event. To do so, please email bookings@hayman.co.uk with the available date you would like to change your booking to, and we will get back to you to confirm.Â
If you have booked within the 10-day period prior to the event, you can only make changes to your booking within 24 hours of placing the order.Â
Please note this policy also extends to sickness.Â
We do suggest that if you are unable to attend/amend the event, the booking can be passed to a friend or family member.Â
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange a booking for a different event.
If you have a voucher for one of our experiences and would like to book a different event, simply use your voucher code when booking or purchasing from the online shop.
Our gift vouchers are redeemable against any purchase online.
Please note if the price of the new event is higher you will need to pay the difference.
If you cancel your booking prior to the 10-day period before your event, we can issue you a full refund. If you need to cancel within 10-days prior to the event, we are not able to refund you for the tour, but we can give you a voucher code for the same amount which can be used to buy our gin online. Please contact bookings@hayman.co.uk to arrange this.Â
Please keep an eye on our website as tour dates will be released every 6 weeks.
Once you have chosen your experience, click on Redeem a Voucher, add your code and select your date and time to add to your Basket.
We have a challenge-25 policy and recommend bringing ID.Â
You do not need to bring your voucher or order confirmation, as we will simply ask for the booking name.
Due to the nature of the distillery and licensing we are not allowed by law to have anyone under the age of 18 on the premises.
We do have a limited selection of low and no alcohol alternatives, please let us know prior to your visit and we can make arrangements for you. See the www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information and suggested guidelines.
We do have disabled access into the main area of the distillery, shop, lab and tasting table, however due to the nature of the building we do not have disabled access to our mezzanine bar. Let us know prior to your visit and we can make sure our all required access ramps are ready for you.
Unfortunately, we do not have a commercial kitchen to store or prepare food for guest consumption.
We can provide telephone numbers for local taxi offices. Most of the app taxi services ie, Uber, Bolt, Kapten, Kabbee and Ola operate regularly in the area too. Â
There are many great bars and restaurants in Balham. The Devonshire Pub is the closest to the distillery and we are happy to recommend others when you arrive. Check our Where to Next blog to find out more.
Unfortunately, we are currently not available for corporate or private hire.
No, we are unable to provide parking at the distillery. You can park on Weir Road for free after 12pm. If you are driving to the distillery please let us know when you arrive, we are able to provide alternative drinks to accommodate. Please ensure you stick to the safe driving alcohol limit and enjoy our gin responsibly.
